We need to investigate as to what is causing the registry to reset automatically or why the emojis are not working for users on windows 10 computer. Re-install office package with latest office build available and certified by corporate but the issue with emoji persists Build of windows 10 vary ,office 365 package version is 1806/7. There are around 10 computers with windows 10 affected. But windows 10 computer resets this registry value to 0 automatically (mostly after 24hrs ). Issue with the work around :Widows 7 machine works with the fix.
